The Elkins-Randolph County Public Library is a public institution dedicated to providing 

equal, uncensored access to information in a variety of formats to serve the educational, recreational, cultural and informational needs of it citizens. We strive to provide modern library resources and services necessary to satisfy the evolving informational needs of the community, enhance the quality of life, and to ensure that the residents are given opportunities for equal access to information and educational opportunities.
